Cajun Quarters was founded in 2024 by a Tulane alum & his father who experienced firsthand how rough the off-campus housing hunt could be — run-down properties, absentee landlords, mystery fees, maintenance requests lost to the void. We started the company to fix that.

We're a full-service housing operation: we own, renovate, and manage every property in the portfolio. No third-party leasing company. No outsourced maintenance. When you sign with us, you sign with us.

Today we operate four renovated properties around Tulane and Loyola — eight units and 25 bedrooms total, all fully furnished, rentable as individual rooms (for select properties) or whole 2-4BD units, with lease lengths that flex around your schedule.
